This stripey baby blanket, aka my Ravellenics project, is now...
... almost exactly where I left off the last time I wrote about it.
Le sigh.
I sustained a knitting injury. A knitting injury, I tell you! Last week, I experienced aching forearms, aching wrists, aching phalanges, aching, aching, aching. I'm sure that row after row after row of garter stitch in cotton is to blame.
No, it's not as exciting as the Kerrigan/Harding scandal, but it still put me out of commission. Just call me Plushenko. (Plushenka?)
I did manage to finish and medal for the teeny-tiny itsy-bitsy project, however. I still can't completely show it to you, but here's another hint.

I'm waiting to be called to the podium by Bobicus Maximus. In the meantime, I'm still working on the blanket. I've got a pair of socks on the needles, too. I'm using this yummy Creatively Dyed Calypso.
The socks are speckled, and I loooooooooooooooooooove me some speckles.
When I get my medal, I'll come back in here and share it with you all. How about you? Did you manage to medal during these Ravellenic Games?
